Getting there

The Lyceum Theatre is located on Wellington Street, right in the thick of Theatreland. Wellington Street is situated on the junction between Aldwych and The Strand and is well-connected in terms of transportation. For London travel updates visit http://www.tfl.gov.uk/

Rail


The nearest rail station to the Lyceum is Charing Cross. From Charing Cross Rail Station, cross the road at the traffic lights and turn right along The Strand. Once you reach the Aldwych junction, the Lyceum is an immediate left.

Tube


The nearest tube stations are Charing Cross (Bakerloo and Northern Line) and Covent Garden (Piccadilly line). For directions from Charing Cross, see above. From Covent Garden turn right on Long Acre then turn right into Bow Street/Wellington Street and follow the road 200 metres. The theatre will be on your right.

Bus


For buses to Aldwych use: RV1, X68, 1, 6, 11, 13, 23, 59, 68, 87, 168, 171, 172, 188, 243

For buses to the Strand use: 4, 9, 15, 26, 76, 91, 139, 176, 34

Car


The Lyceum Theatre is within the London Congestion Charge Zone which applies from 7am until 6pm and costs £11.50 per day. If you are driving to the theatre after 6pm then you will not be charged.

The nearest car park is the Covent Garden Parker Street car park. Parking costs £24 for 2-4 hours and the car park is open 24hrs a day.

The Lyceum Theatre is part of the Q-Park Scheme. The nearest participating car park is the 24hr Q Park Chinatown Car Park (20 Newport Place, WC2H 7PR). Parking costs £18 for up to 3hrs, and £24 for 4hrs but theatregoers can save 50% if they have their ticket validated at the theatre.

 Taxi


As the theatre is in the centre of London, there are always black cabs that can be hailed down, especially on the Strand. There is also a designated taxi rank at Charing Cross Rail Station.
